Investors Are Buzzing About USGT - Could We See $2

Could $2 Be Next For USGT

Fellow Investor,

USA Graphite, which trades under the ticker symbol USGT, Is sitting on what is likely to be the biggest deposit of natural graphite in the continental United States. Graphite is a strategic mineral used in a wide variety of high-tech applications including batteries, cell phones, tablet computers and hybrid cars.

China is the OPEC of graphite, controlling more than 70% of the global market. Just as in rare earths, China is likely to withhold graphite from the world market and keep it for its own purposes. China cannot be deemed a reliable supplier of graphite or any other strategic material to its rivals in the West.

USGT had a big rally last week on huge volume but today, the shares are in a healthy consolidation pattern, holding above strong support around the $0.55 level. Volume has tapered off from the higher levels seen last week during the rally and the short attack on the share that took place just after the open on Monday is, in our estimation, still losing money.

With strong support around the $0.55 level, there is still time for investors to get in on USGT before it rallies to the $2.00 mark.

Graphite Mines Have Historically Seen Huge Gains

Other graphite companies have had big rallies in the past. Graphite One, a Canadian company with graphite properties in Alaska went from 7 cents to 36 cents. Buxton Resources, an Australian graphite miner, soared from 3 cents to 34 cents. Montezuma Mining, another Australian miner went from 2 cents to 36 cents.

Compared to these gains, the initial target of $2.00 for USGT is modest indeed.

With USGT, the United States will have its own source of high grade flake graphite, widely used in all kinds of high tech applications.

30 Times More Graphite in a Li-ion Battery than Lithium

For example, did you know that there is up to thirty times more graphite in a lithium-ion battery than there is lithium? If you recall how some of the lithium names soared on rising demand for lithium-ion batteries, just imagine how well an American graphite miner will do, especially when you consider that China supplies most of the graphite used in the world today.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to get in on USGT right at support. The shares are headed for $2.00—nearly 400% higher than today's prices—and that is just for starters.

Graphite is the wonder material of the 21st century. Let it do wonders for your wallet. Get on board the USGT train today!
