USGT Trending Nicely

  USGT Moving Higher

Fellow Investor,

USA Graphite rallied by nearly 5% on Thursday after a doji candle on Wednesday indicated a reversal. The shares are near the top of the wedge formation and are getting ready to break out for the next leg of the rally.

If you arent familiar with Japanese candlestick charts, a doji is formed when the open and the close are at the same price. When you get a doji, it means that neither the bulls nor the bears are in control of the price action. Coming after a consolidation, such as occurred on Wednesday, a doji indicates a trend reversal and, true to form, USGT was higher on Thursday on increasing volume as the bulls are once again in charge of USGT.

All of these technical indicatorsthe doji candle, closing at the top of the wedge pattern and higher prices on increased volumeall point to a breakout coming on Friday. This would be consistent with the trading pattern we saw last week when the share consolidated the previous weeks rally on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, then rallied on Thursday and Friday.

This is adding up to a breakout from the wedge pattern which could easily send the price to $0.70 or higher tomorrow. Dont hesitate. If USGT opens strong on Friday morning, chances are it wont look back all day.

Brand New Uses for Graphite

Yesterday, we introduced some interesting news from researchers in Singapore, who found that graphene, a Nobel Prize-winning material made from graphite, is ideally suited for use in optical electronicsmicrocircuits that use photons (light) to store and transfer data instead of electrons (electricity).

Today, there is more graphene news from the world of science. Researchers at the University of Teas Austin have developed a graphene field effect transistor which could be the basic building block of future graphene based electronics.

Another group of researchers at Rice University successfully grew carbon nanotubes onto a graphene sheet. This allows the creation of a material that can hold a huge electric charge, which could result in lightweight, flexible, transparent compact batteries that can be charged in seconds rather than hours.

Finally, another group at Missouri State University found that graphene treated with nitrogen can be used to create highly efficient fuel cellswhich generate electricity using chemical reactions and create no pollution.

USGT Ready to Break Out

Most of these new developments are found only in the scientific press right now. But if only one of these stories gets picked up by the mainstream media. USGT could rocket off to new highs.

All of the stars are in alignment. The fundamentals just get better every day. The chart looks great. USGT is ready for liftoff. Will you be on board?

Happy Trading!
